Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ soft-fruit growing/production experience.
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport required.
• Excellent report-writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Compile strategic establishment plan aligned with production.
• Build budgets and implement annual husbandry plan.
• Produce rolling 6-week headcount plan and annual harvest budget.
