Qualifications

• 1 year of food and beverage experience.
• 1 year of stock management experience.
• 1 year of experience using the GAAP system.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure internal F&B stock management processes are followed.
• Manage stock control function related to food and beverage deliveries.
• Conduct stock count for back of house stock daily.
• Submit daily variance reports to F&B Branch Manager.
• Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
