We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director of Recruitment Operations to lead our high-volume recruitment function, ensuring best-in-class talent acquisition strategies and operational excellence.
This pivotal role will oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple business units, with a strong focus on process optimisation, data-driven hiring, and strategic workforce planning across a number of South African locations.

Lead and manage the recruitment operations function across all hiring channels.
Develop and implement scalable recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
Oversee and enhance recruitment processes, tools, and technology platforms.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
Ensure an excellent candidate experience across all touchpoints.
Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team, providing coaching and professional development.
Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to attract top-tier talent.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal governance standards.
Minimum of 6 years' experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a senior or operational leadership role.
Proven track record of managing large-scale recruitment operations.
Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and data analytics.
Experience in or knowledge of the BPO sector is highly advantageous.
