About Parity Homes

Parity innovatively unlocks gridlocked housing markets by leveraging the social capital of existing neighbors. We create upfront demand for affordable homeownership opportunities in neighborhoods experiencing hyper‑vacancy by helping residents, families, and social collectives purchase homes together—block by block—as a means of wealth‑building and community‑building.

We remove systemic barriers to neighborhood revitalization through innovative acquisition and rehabilitation methods, restoring long‑abandoned homes and selling them at deeply affordable price points. Our work is guided by racial equity, intersectionality, and development without displacement.

About The Role

The Executive Assistant to the CEO serves as the operational backbone of Parity's strategic projects and organizational systems. You will build project timelines, track deliverables, manage cross‑team communication, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. The right person is detail‑oriented, solutions‑focused, and energized by helping teams turn vision into execution.

Administrative Support
  • Maintain and optimize the CEO's calendar, prioritizing key meetings and deadlines.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Send reminders, prepare meeting briefs, and manage scheduling conflicts.
  • Monitor and organize the executive's inbox, drafting and sending professional communications.
  • Filter and prioritize messages to keep focus on strategic initiatives.
Written and Internal Communications

  • Create client‑facing materials including announcements, templates, and onboarding documents.
  • Maintain SOPs, team handbooks, and process documentation.
Travel and Event Coordination
  • Plan and manage travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and oversee travel budgets.
  • Organize virtual or in‑person events, conferences, and client meetings.
