About the Role

We are hiring an Executive Assistant to directly support senior leadership in a dynamic, fast-scaling environment. This role is for someone who is equal parts organizer, protector of time, and executor of priorities. Youll be the anchor ensuring leadership focus, pace, and delivery while managing the day-to-day chaos of a high-growth company.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and prioritise the executive's calendar, meetings, and travel.

Act as a gatekeeper and handle communication on behalf of leadership.

Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports.

Track deadlines and ensure follow-through across multiple projects.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Support with event planning, investor decks, and client proposals.

Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or relevant field (advantageous).

3-5 years in an EA/PA role supporting senior executives.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High-level proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and productivity tools.

Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.

Discretion and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.

Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and resilience.
