Overview
This is a full-time remote opportunity for an Executive Assistant supporting the Marketing function at a U.S.-based company. The successful candidate will work directly with senior marketing leadership and be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of marketing initiatives and administrative operations. Youll play a critical role in managing schedules coordinating marketing projects supporting campaign execution and handling confidential materials with discretion. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and project support to senior marketing leaders.
- Schedule meetings manage calendars and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
- Coordinate internal communications marketing documentation and campaign timelines.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing briefs reports and presentations.
- Help track deliverables and performance metrics across digital and traditional campaigns.
- Maintain organized digital records and marketing files in cloud-based systems.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including designers writers vendors and team members.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling marketing strategy creative assets or client data.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required; a qualification in Marketing Communications Business or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential materials.
- Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently take initiative and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Availability to work during U.S. business hours.
