Job description

To deliver a support service to the Group Executive Office and support various teams interms of interfacing between the Executive and key stakeholders.To provide Executive Assistant administrative support which includes attending meetings and forums,diary management, booking and coordination of travel and invoice payment management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide support with adhoc administrative duties
  • Provide diary management support by ensuring that the calendar of the manager is properlyco- ordinated and confirmed
  • Plan and co-ordinate the daily electronic diary of the relevant managers and ensure allmeetings and deadlines are communicated to relevant parties
  • Document and data management through the composing of reports, presentations, emails,and related documents
  • Ensure that transaction work, maintenance of records, registers is accurate and within agreed timeframes while maintaining departmental system to ensure data integrity
  • Keep the relevant executive / manager informed of various activities within and outside thegroup
  • Follow-up on assignments / tasks delegated by the Executive / Manager,
  • Initiate dialogue to build professional working relationships with all stakeholders displayingexcellent abilities to listen, advise, influence, negotiate, and present at all levels.
