This role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of entertainment and event initiatives. Working closely with internal teams, performers, suppliers, and partners, you will help ensure seamless delivery of events that meet brand, compliance, and operational standards. Flexibility, strong organisation, and the ability to thrive under pressure are essential, as events often take place outside of standard working hours.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate and support entertainment and event activities across the business
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, performers, and external partners
  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and execution of events and entertainment programmes
  • Ensure all events align with brand guidelines, compliance, and operational standards
  • Support marketing and promotional initiatives linked to entertainment offerings
  • Manage logistics, timelines, and on-site coordination during events
  • Assist with post-event reporting and feedback
What You Bring
  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Diploma in Marketing
  • 3–5 years’ experience within the entertainment industry
  • Exposure to the gaming industry is advantageous
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Willingness to travel locally and work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
