Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Portfolio Manager, Estate Manager or similar role.
• Experience in property management and facilities management.
• Sound knowledge of groundskeeping management and operations.

Responsibilities

• Review landscaping program and ensure the image of the estate is maintained.
• Monitor security of the estate and report incidents.
• Manage contractors and adherence to HOA rules.
• Monitor service providers for maintenance work.
• Investigate homeowner incidents and differentiate responsibility.
• Handle petty cash and record keeping, submit salaries.
• Report any discrepancies in water meter readings.
• Perform routine inspections of properties.
