Overview

Macsteel Tube & Pipe is seeking an experienced and dynamic hands-on approach Engineering Manager to lead and manage all engineering, maintenance, utilities, and technical services within the Tube and Pipe manufacturing plant. The role ensures optimal plant reliability, safety, compliance, cost control, and continuous improvement, supporting production targets and Macsteel’s operational excellence objectives. The Engineering Manager is also accountable for ensuring that all factory buildings, infrastructure, and facilities are safe, legally compliant, certified, well-maintained, and audit-ready at all times.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you\'ll manage a team, driving operational excellence while maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards.
