Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or energy project development.
• Exposure to project finance, capital raising, or M&A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support origination, due diligence, and execution of energy projects and investments.
• Build and refine financial and techno-commercial models.
• Conduct market and company analysis, prepare Project Information Memoranda, teasers, and board materials.
• Coordinate and track due diligence and project schedules.
• Review project agreements and contribute to deal structuring.
• Monitor industry trends and share insights.
