Responsibilities

  • Monitor the behaviour of market participants for market manipulation.
  • Analyse market data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
  • Develop and maintain performance indicators for market surveillance.
  • Support the implementation of rules governing market operation.
  • Conduct investigations into suspected anti-competitive conduct.
