A leading construction company in South Africa seeks an Electrical Engineer to lead site electrical activities. The ideal candidate must have a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering and experience in industrial or oil & gas projects, preferably ARAMCO. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, ensuring quality and safety standards, performing installations and maintenance, and preparing reports. Qualifications

• Minimum relevant experience in industrial or oil & gas projects, preferably ARAMCO projects.
• Hands-on experience in transformer rectifiers, panel boards, and industrial electrical systems.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead a team at site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the team at site to ensure smooth execution of assigned electrical activities.
• Obtain work permits and execute tasks strictly as per approved method statements and project schedules.
• Ensure all electrical works meet client specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Perform installation, termination, troubleshooting, repair, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Interpret and understand the Scope of Work (SOW), technical drawings, and schematics accurately before execution.
• Carry out preventive maintenance activities and promptly address electrical faults and breakdowns.
• Prepare and submit daily work reports, inspection reports, and maintenance records as required.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and client representatives at site.
• Comply with all HSE rules, procedures, and site regulations at all times.
