Roles and Responsibilities
  • You offer technical advice, guidance and support to internal VVOB colleagues to achieve project results and to partners in order to realise educational change processes supported by the project.
  • You contribute to the identification, formulation, budgeting, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the project to realise educational change processes supported by the project.
  • You take up a variety of roles in the capacity development process of the partners according to the needs of the partner and particular situations and phases of the programme.
  • You keep abreast with policy trends, new developments and latest research and thinking in education and international development by external and internal networking and share new insights with partners and VVOB colleagues.
Qualifications And Requirements
  • Master’s degree in education, human sciences, or other relevant field or equivalent experience. Proven experience in instructional design (min 2 years) with adult blended and/or online learning trajectories is an advantage.
  • Degree or diploma in instructional design, learning design, learning technology or related field is preferable
  • Knowledge of and experience with project management
  • An understanding of national education systems and the latest developments in the education sector with a particular focus on teacher education is an advantage.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of blended and online learning.
  • Experience with authoring tools for online learning and Learning Management Systems including Moodle
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English
