Are you living in the southern suburbs and have excellent administration experience which has involved problem solving and being highly organised with a keen eye for detail? Working in this team you will support the Director in efficiently running their business in a fast-paced enjoyable environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
  • 4 - 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in office software and technology tools
  • Own transport required

DUTIES
  • Manage and organize the Director's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing communications
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proactively identify and solve problems to ensure seamless business operations

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
