Duties & Responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS
- Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
- 4 - 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in office software and technology tools
- Own transport required
DUTIES- Manage and organize the Director's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing communications
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proactively identify and solve problems to ensure seamless business operations
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
