Job summary

A leading hospitality recruitment agency based in Johannesburg seeks an experienced manager to oversee functions and ensure excellent service standards. Qualifications
  • Matric / Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
Minimum Experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ management experience;
  • Knowledge of the food, beverage and banqueting environment;
  • Club Experience advantageous;
  • Good computer skills (MS OFFICE) and other presentation packages;
  • Knowledge of Jonas Club Management Software;
  • Must be able to work flexible hours when necessary and able to multitask under pressure;
  • Drivers licence with own transport.
