Key Responsibilities

• Sanitation and maintenance of draught / dispensing equipment at client outlets
• Perform regular preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Attend to call-outs and service requests within agreed SLA timeframes
• Deliver glassware and manage stock (beer lines, spares, parts)
• Submit job cards / reports daily
• Update and maintain outlet record boards
• Conduct weekly vehicle inspections and report findings

Requirements

• Technical qualification (refrigeration, electrical, or mechanical)
• Proven experience (1–3+ years preferred) working draught systems
• Valid driver’s license (minimum 2–3 years driving experience)
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles
• Attention to detail, good fault-finding skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Field-based role with travel to various outlets
