Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong donor relationships
• Research and secure grants from foundations, corporates, and trusts
• Write high‑quality proposals & reports
• Analyse fundraising performance and donor trends
• Support campaigns with our Marketing team
• Maintain accurate donor data and reporting systems

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2–3+ years’ experience in fundraising, grant writing, or donor development (NPO sector essential)
• Proven success in securing grants and managing funder relationships
• Exceptional writing skills & attention to detail
• Strong administrative and data management abilities
• Qualification in Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management or similar (NQF 5 minimum)
• Own transport + EB/Code 8 licence
