Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the Manager on planning, execution, optimization for key KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels.
  • Coordinate with HQ team members and agency on the production and implementation of social campaigns, regular social media calendar content and real-time marketing opportunities.
  • Support the management of social media channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring.
  • Compile and clean all performance data.
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
  • Develop engaging and locally relevant content for LinkedIn and local website.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a positive online community by responding to Google reviews, comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Collaborate with our audience to create user-generated content and interactive campaigns.
  • Collaborate with influencers, partners, and customers to enhance brand visibility. Competitor review: Track and analyse social media performance
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
