A digital marketing agency is looking for a Digital Marketing Content Producer to create engaging short-form video content. This role involves managing the entire production process while collaborating with the marketing team and adapting content for different platforms. Proven experience in video content production and strong storytelling skills are essential, along with prior remote work experience. The successful candidate will help drive brand awareness and engagement through innovative digital marketing campaigns.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Content Producer to lead the creation of short-form, social-first video content that supports brand awareness, engagement, and digital marketing campaigns. This role focuses on producing high-quality, platform-optimized content aligned with marketing objectives and performance goals.
Produce short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
Own the end-to-end production process including ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing
Translate marketing campaigns and messaging into engaging video content
Collaborate with Marketing and Social teams on content planning and launches
Adapt content for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency
Monitor content performance and optimize based on engagement metrics and trends
Proven hands-on experience producing short-form video content for digital marketing or social media
Strong video editing and storytelling skills tailored to social platforms
Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered
Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals
Ability to manage multiple content deliverables independently
Experience creating performance-driven or campaign-based video content
Familiarity with basic motion graphics, captions, or animated text
Experience working with digital-first or growth-focused brands
Video Editing: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
Design: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
Social & Scheduling: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, or native tools
Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace
