IT PACS Administrator

The primary role of this position is to manage and oversee the administrative duties of IT PACS.

As a first point of contact for end users, doctors, and patients seeking technical assistance and medical information, it is essential to respond promptly and effectively via phone, the Helpdesk, or email.

Efficiently handle IT Helpdesk tickets and elevate issues when necessary.

Deliver digital reports and provide timely support to end users.

Configure computers in accordance with organizational standards.

Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.

Ensure smooth system performance by resolving basic networking issues.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Hold A+ and N+ certification.
  • PACS Administrator Certificate is advantageous.
Key Skills
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of PACS / HIS / RIS Concepts and terminology.
  • Familiarity with Medical Imaging workflow.
  • Knowledge of DICOM, HL7, and IHE Basics.
  • Clinical Basics and Terminology.
