Role Overview

Creatv Studio is seeking a motivated and creative Digital Communications & Marketing Trainee to support our digital presence, brand communication, and marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or aspiring digital professional looking to gain hands‑on experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, and brand storytelling within a creative studio environment.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Support
  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
  • Support email marketing, social media campaigns, and online promotions
  • Monitor campaign performance and compile basic performance reports
Content Creation & Management
  • Assist in creating content for social media, websites, blogs, and newsletters
  • Support copywriting for digital platforms (captions, short articles, posts)
  • Assist with basic visual content coordination (working with designers, photographers, videographers)
Social Media Management
  • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
  • Engage with online audiences by responding to comments and messages
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity
Digital Communications
  • Support internal and external communication initiatives
  • Assist in maintaining brand voice and messaging consistency
  • Help manage online community and client communication touchpoints
Website & SEO Support
  • Assist with basic website updates (content uploads, formatting, image optimisation)
  • Support SEO activities such as keyword research and content optimisation
  • Monitor website analytics and traffic performance
Research & Insights
  • Conduct market and audience research
  • Assist with customer insights, digital trends, and platform updates
  • Support reporting and presentations for internal review
Minimum Requirements
  • Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Media Studies, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Interest in creative industries (media, design, photography, video)
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
