Creatv Studio is seeking a motivated and creative Digital Communications & Marketing Trainee to support our digital presence, brand communication, and marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or aspiring digital professional looking to gain hands‑on experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, and brand storytelling within a creative studio environment.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Support
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Support email marketing, social media campaigns, and online promotions
- Monitor campaign performance and compile basic performance reports
Content Creation & Management
- Assist in creating content for social media, websites, blogs, and newsletters
- Support copywriting for digital platforms (captions, short articles, posts)
- Assist with basic visual content coordination (working with designers, photographers, videographers)
Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
- Engage with online audiences by responding to comments and messages
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity
Digital Communications
- Support internal and external communication initiatives
- Assist in maintaining brand voice and messaging consistency
- Help manage online community and client communication touchpoints
Website & SEO Support
- Assist with basic website updates (content uploads, formatting, image optimisation)
- Support SEO activities such as keyword research and content optimisation
- Monitor website analytics and traffic performance
Research & Insights
- Conduct market and audience research
- Assist with customer insights, digital trends, and platform updates
- Support reporting and presentations for internal review
Minimum Requirements
- Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Media Studies, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Interest in creative industries (media, design, photography, video)
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
Desirable Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of social media tools (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X)
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
- Basic understanding of SEO and website content management (WordPress advantageous)
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Good time management and organisational skills
