The Digital Commercial Transformation Lead will drive digital-first marketing strategies to support digital sales objectives. This role will develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies, leverage analytics to identify business growth opportunities, and champion change management for new ways of working. The Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adaptability and impact in South Africa markets, optimizing customer engagement through innovative, data-driven campaigns.
This role operates within a dynamic, matrix-driven environment and requires close collaboration across regional and functional teams. The Digital Commercial Transformation Lead role will be based in Gauteng with regular engagement across the HUB. Travel will be required to support customers, teams, and key stakeholders. Success in this position requires strong cross-functional partnership, effective communication, and the ability to lead with agility in a fast-paced and highly accountable commercial environment.
