Overview

A well-established dental practice in Randburg, Johannesburg is seeking an experienced and proactive Dental Practice Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be organised, adaptable, and experienced in both administrative and operational support within a dental or medical practice environment.

Ideal Starting Date: 1 February 2026

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a dental and/or medical practice
• Experience using Solumed Pro is highly advantageous
• Experience with similar systems such as GoodX or Elixir will also be considered
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Professional, reliable, and well-presented
• Able to multitask and support the daily operations of the practice
• Preferably residing in Johannesburg, close to Randburg
• Own reliable vehicle with a valid, up-to-date driver’s licence

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 17:00
• Fridays: 07:30 – 16:00
• Saturdays: 08:00 – 16:00 (every alternate weekend)

Salary: Salary is dependent on relevant experience and will be discussed during the interview.
