Qualifications and Experience

• BIT or BSc in Computer Science preferable
• Minimum 2 years' experience
• Full stack web developer
• Experience with web-based GIS & mapping
• Basic understanding of statistics, machine learning and artificial neural networks
• Capability to work with data from local sources (offline) and online sources which will be displayed on a website to be developed
• Professional experience with Node.js in production environments
• Design responsive user interfaces using Bootstrap, jQuery, HTML5, and web standards.
• Knowledge of relational database systems (SQL) and query optimisation
• Understanding of hierarchical user access control and levels of information
• Able to develop striking graphical display of analyses outcomes
• Capability to develop communication and reporting systems - automatic user alarms, PDF reports & notifications (WhatsApp messages, bots, emails, etc.)
• Understanding of App development and related programming will be advantageous (utilise Flutter framework to develop hybrid mobile applications)
• Able to develop striking graphical display of analyses outcome
