About the Role

You’ll develop and execute strategies to expand and enhance the dealer network. This includes identifying new markets, assessing potential partners, ensuring compliance with OEM standards, and supporting dealers in achieving sales, service, and customer satisfaction targets.

What You’ll Do

Expand and optimise the national dealer network

Evaluate new locations and assess dealer applications

Drive performance management and compliance across the network

Build strong dealer relationships and provide strategic guidance

Analyse market trends, customer demographics, and sales data

Ensure brand consistency and adherence to OEM standards

Lead dealer training, technology adoption, and operational efficiency

Oversee financial health, budgeting, and profitability across the network

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related (MBA a plus)

8–10 years in the automotive industry, including 3–5 in dealer network development

Strong knowledge of sales, brand standards, and dealership operations

Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills

Strong analytical, market development, and financial planning capabilities
