A leading technology company is seeking a Deal Desk Specialist in Cape Town to manage high-value B2B SaaS deals. This role involves supporting sales teams by structuring and approving deals, ensuring compliance through diligent deal reviews, and facilitating contract negotiations. We’re actively seeking a Deal Desk Specialist to join our global Deal Desk team and play a key role in enabling Meltwater’s commercial organization to structure, approve, and close high-value B2B SaaS deals efficiently and compliantly. In this role, you’ll report to the Senior Manager, Deal Desk and act as a strategic partner to Sales, Sales Leadership, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations. You’ll support deal reviews end-to-end, from pricing and commercial terms through contract structure and order-to-cash readiness, helping ensure consistency, data integrity, and adherence to Meltwater’s business rules.
