  • Support daily legal operations through systematic data management and organization
  • Learn and adapt to firm-specific systems, procedures, and legal workflows
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on data entry experience with demonstrated close attention to detail.
  • Proficient working knowledge of internet tools, spreadsheets, Excel, and word processing software.
  • Experience with case management software such as Clio, Needles, Filevine, or SmartAdvocate.
  • Ability to scan, upload, index, and organize digital files in a structured and consistent manner.
  • Comfortable reviewing and processing medical records, billing data, and legal case notes.
  • Familiarity with personal injury legal terminology, including accident types, injuries, treatments, liens, and settlements.
  • Ability to accurately enter client intake information, medical provider details, insurance policy information, and case status updates.
  • Strong understanding of and compliance with confidentiality requirements, including HIPAA standards.
  • Ability to work extended periods seated and perform continuous computer-based tasks.
  • Strong task prioritization skills in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Associate’s degree or completion of legal studies coursework preferred.
  • Prior experience as a Data Entry Clerk within a law firm environment is preferred.
