What you will do
  • Client Engagement and Reporting: Partner with CMR and Brand Management teams to provide data-driven insights, working closely with the Client Success Manager to meet contractual commitments and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
  • Data Visualisation and Analytics: Lead the setup and ongoing enhancement of data visualisation reports, applying advanced analytics to support client decision-making and uncover actionable insights.
  • Data Integrity and Management: Execute monthly data management and validation processes in collaboration with the DataOrbis Operations team to ensure data accuracy and reliability across all client deliverables.
  • Performance Monitoring and Maintenance: Maintain and update client trackers, ensuring deliverables are accurately reflected and timelines are adhered to, while continuously monitoring data sources for consistency and quality.
  • Training and Support: Deliver comprehensive monthly reporting frameworks and provide end‑user training to enhance client capabilities in leveraging data for strategic outcomes.
What you need
  • Educational Background: A tertiary qualification in Business Science (Marketing), PDGM, BCom Marketing, or a related field, with 2 to 3 years of professional experience in Consumer Goods, Customer Insights, Market Research, Analytics, or Retail sectors.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with experience in project management tools and data‑driven reporting systems.
  • Data Analysis and Visualisation: Strong analytical acumen with the ability to interpret complex data sets and produce actionable insights, utilising data visualisation tools such as Pyramid, Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
  • Numerical Precision and Detail Orientation: High numerical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate complex data findings effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration across internal teams and client organisations.
  • Time Management and Prioritisation: Exceptional time management skills, capable of balancing multiple projects and clients, and delivering results within tight deadlines.
  • Problem‑Solving and Troubleshooting: Adept at diagnosing and resolving data‑related issues independently or collaboratively, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Adaptability and Agility: Agile and flexible approach to managing concurrent projects, with a proactive mindset in addressing challenges and communicating progress or obstacles.
