Overview

We’re Hiring: Customer Success Manager

Location: Cape Town | 2 Month Contract | Customer-Focused

Are you a relationship-builder with a passion for helping customers thrive? We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team and be the voice of the customer within our company.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and manage onboarding journeys using the new CRM tool
  • Build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify upsell opportunities and reduce churn
  • Act as a trusted advisor and go-to contact
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product & Support teams
  • Leverage CRM data to identify customer trends, churn risks
  • Design and implement scalable lifecycle programs (e.g., email touchpoints, automated journeys) informed by CRM analytics
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure consistent messaging and seamless customer handoffs
  • Additional information will be discussed during the interview process
What We’re Looking For
