Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate department
• Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures
