Qualifications

• 2+ years of formal experience in Learning & Development or instructional design.
• Hands-on experience in Social Media Management, Email Marketing, or Graphic Design.
• Deep familiarity with essential software used by VAs.
• Exceptional virtual presentation and facilitation skills.
• Previous remote/BPO training experience is desirable.

Responsibilities
