- Manage all administrative tasks related to the crew, including processing contracts, payroll, and crew schedules onboard the cruise ship

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date crew records, including personal information, training, and certifications.

- Coordinate crew travel arrangements, including flights, visas, and accommodations.

- Monitor crew attendance and work closely with the vessel's captain to ensure proper staffing levels.

- Oversee the onboard crew store and manage inventory and sales.

- Handle crew inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

- Assist with crew training and development programs.

- Prepare and maintain crew-related budgets and expenses.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the vessel.
