Overview

Our client, a well-established transportation organisation, is seeking a Creditors Clerk for Fourways / Roodepoort, Johannesburg area.

Successful candidate will be responsible for creditors and general administrative duties.

WE WILL ONLY CONSIDER CANDIDATES WHO ARE PROFICIENT IN PASTEL AND EXCEL.

Min Requirements

• Grade 12
• Pastel Partner knowledge and working experience (non-negotiable)
• Microsoft Excel qualification or working experience, including formulas for add, subtract, multiply, divide, SUM (assessment will be made)
• Working experience in full debtors and creditors function on Excel and Pastel Partner
• Own transport
• Creditors experience is non-negotiable
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the same or similar admin role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and at a very fast pace
• Experience in automotive parts, manufacturing, motor or transportation industry is advantageous
