MARKET RELATED SALARY Minimum requirements :
  • Matric essential, with a Bookkeeping Diploma beneficial
  • At least 3 years' experience in an accounting environment
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel essential
  • Law Firm experience advantageous
  • Capturing and reconciling vendor payments
  • Loading of electronic payments
  • Foreign payments administration
  • Payment and reconciliation of sheriff's and correspondence accounts
  • Liaising with creditors
  • Submission of all necessary monthly reportsAttending to ad hoc queries from secretaries
  • Handling queries on invoices
  • Prepare files for annual audit
  • General ad hoc duties in the department
  • Covering for fellow team members when on leave
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy levels
