Your Mission: Cultivating Creative Growth

We’re looking for a passionate Virtual Assistant Skills Trainer (Creative Focus) to empower and upskill our team of virtual assistants specializing in creative support. In this role, you won’t just teach—you’ll inspire, guide, and elevate. You’ll design engaging training experiences that strengthen our team’s creative and technical expertise, preparing them to thrive in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Designing Creative Learning Experiences: develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering foundational skills, creative best practices, and client readiness for virtual assistants in creative‑focused roles.
  • Leading Engaging Virtual Sessions: bring energy and creativity to your classes, transforming each session into an inspiring and interactive experience that sparks curiosity and collaboration.
  • Upskilling for Success: build advanced training programs focused on creative disciplines such as Social Media Marketing/Management, Email Marketing, and Graphic Design.
  • Onboarding and Assessment: guide new hires through onboarding and training, evaluating their skills and readiness to deliver quality creative work to clients.
  • Coaching and Mentorship: conduct one‑on‑one and group coaching sessions to refine performance, boost confidence, and encourage continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with Teams: partner with leadership and client success teams to identify skill gaps, customize training plans, and measure outcomes for continuous learning growth.
  • Creating Dynamic Content: develop and update training decks, visuals, modules, and resource libraries that reflect current industry standards and creative trends.
What You Bring
  • 1–2 years of training experience in talent development, coaching, or learning facilitation (virtual experience preferred).
  • 1–2 years of virtual assistant experience preferred—ideally within the creative, marketing, or eCommerce space.
  • Knowledge and hands‑on experience with at least two to three of the following: Social Media Marketing/Management, Email Marketing, and Graphic Design.
  • Familiarity with tools and apps related to these areas (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex creative concepts into clear, actionable steps.
  • A passion for creative work, a love for learning, and a drive to help others grow and succeed.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Confidence using Gmail, Slack, Google Workspace, and other collaboration tools.
