What the job involves
- Turning insights into powerful ideas that cut through the noise
- Developing campaign strategies and creative concepts to help clients achieve their goals
- Collaborating with creatives and performance teams to bring concepts to life across digital platforms (social ads, content, video, etc.)
- Presenting and selling ideas to clients in ways that inspire confidence and excitement
- Staying on top of culture, competitors and digital trends to keep work fresh and ahead of the curve
- Helping to measure success and optimise campaigns for stronger results
What you need to be considered
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent
- 4 years of digital marketing and creative strategy experience (agency background a big plus)
- Solid understanding of digital platforms (social media, Google Ads, content marketing, etc.)
- Strong conceptual thinker and natural storyteller with excellent presentation skills
- Ability to use data and insights to shape ideas
- Confident communicator with clients and internal teams
- Organised, adaptable and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once

- Have hands‑on experience working across a mix of industries
- Can demonstrate how you’ve helped shape a brand’s creative direction through strategic input
- Are excited about both brainstorming big ideas and presenting polished campaigns to clients
