Our client is a mid-large creative agency with over 20 years under their belt, based in Bryanston. They’re a highly respected name in the industry, both locally and internationally, known for producing exceptional integrated campaigns. With a collaborative team and an environment that champions bold thinking, they’re now looking for a visionary Creative Director to steer their creative output and inspire across departments.
What the job involves
- Leading integrated campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on concept development
- Owning the creative direction for key alcohol brands – from strategy to execution
- Working closely with strategy, client service, and production to ensure standout creative output
- Inspiring, mentoring, and guiding a team of creatives
- Pitching big ideas to clients and prospects with confidence and clarity
- Overseeing multiple projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Championing a culture of creativity, collaboration, and craft
What you need to be considered
- 8+ years’ experience in integrated creative roles, with a strong art direction background
- Listed creative awards on your CV – recent, relevant, and recognised
- A killer portfolio showcasing standout integrated campaigns (TV, digital, OOH, social, etc.)
- Experience working on alcohol brands is a definite plus
- Proven leadership and team mentorship abilities
- Excellent client presentation and storytelling skills
- Collaborative mindset with no ego – you lead with curiosity and kindness
- Deep understanding of creative trends, consumer behaviour, and media
