We are searching for an exceptional Creative Development Specialist—a hybrid instructional designer, digital media expert, and high-performance coach—to take full ownership of our creative talent pipeline. Your mission is to architect, execute, and scale the learning programs that transform our Virtual Assistants (VAs) into the elite creative content force in modern digital commerce.

The Role

Your Mandate: Leading Creative Development & Mastery. This is a high-impact, full-ownership role where you will be the core force ensuring our creative talent is best-in-class at generating high-converting media that drives tangible ROI for our clients.

I. Curriculum Strategy & Design Ownership

You own the learning journey from concept to certification.

  • Next-Gen Training Modules: Conceptualize and rapidly deploy dynamic, project-based learning simulations, video tutorials, and workshops. Focus areas include:
    • High-Converting Short-Form Video (TikTok/Reels best practices, trending formats).
    • Conversion-Focused Graphic Design (A/B testing visuals, strategic content repurposing).
  • Creative Tech Certification: Design and manage a robust certification pathway for mission-critical software: Canva Pro, CapCut, Adobe Express, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Agile Trend Integration: Establish a continuous system to audit and update the curriculum based on real-time platform algorithm changes and the latest conversion science.
II. Expert Coaching & Performance Elevation
  • Virtual "Live-Fire" Workshops: Facilitate engaging, hands‑on sessions focused on technical excellence, production quality, brand consistency, and immediate, conversion‑focused design principles.
  • Data-Driven Critique: Conduct targeted 1:1 and group critiques, diagnosing creative weaknesses using performance data (CTR, CVR) and providing precise, actionable feedback for immediate improvement.
  • Define the Benchmark: Partner with Operations to relentlessly enforce the highest quality standards for all creative deliverables, from initial concept to final, client‑ready asset.
What You Bring

Core Competency Non‑Negotiable Requirements:

  • Instructional Design & L&D: 2+ Years of formal experience with a portfolio focused on digital media, content creation, or visual design training.
  • Content Creation Mastery: Exceptional, demonstrated expertise in creating, editing, and managing high‑quality, conversion‑focused short‑form video and static graphics for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
  • E-commerce & Metrics Focus: Clear understanding of how creative execution drives key metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS). Experience designing content specifically for paid social advertising is a must.
  • Technical Fluency: Deep, working knowledge of the modern creative tech stack (Canva, CapCut/Premier Pro equivalent, Asana/Trello) and capacity to simplify complex workflows.
  • Master Communicator: Superior virtual presence and an ability to deliver constructive critique and translate advanced concepts into clear, actionable learning outcomes.
