Overview
DVT is a leading software development and technology solutions company with 550+ staff across multiple locations. We deliver world-class services in custom software development, cloud solutions, data & analytics, agile consulting, and more — helping clients innovate and grow.
We’re seeking a presentable, sociable, and highly creative brand-focused marketer to join our Marketing team in Johannesburg. This role emphasises brand identity, creative design, and campaign execution, ensuring DVT’s visual and messaging presence is consistently impactful across all channels and experiences.
You will be responsible for shaping and managing the creative expression of DVT’s brand across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints. From designing compelling visuals and storytelling content to coordinating events and campaigns, this role is about being a brand custodian who can balance creativity, execution, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Brand Management
- Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistent visual identity and messaging across all internal and external communications.
- Design and produce creative assets for campaigns, presentations, proposals, events, social media, and digital platforms.
- Translate complex ideas into engaging and visually impactful storytelling materials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align creative work with strategic business and marketing goals.
Content & Campaigns
- Develop and deliver high-quality visual and multimedia content, including brochures, infographics, culture posters, videos, and event collateral.
- Oversee creative direction for marketing initiatives — ensuring originality, consistency, and alignment with brand positioning.
- Support content creation for digital platforms (social, email, website), with a focus on brand impact rather than performance metrics alone.
Events & Campaign Ownership
- Take full ownership of planning, coordinating, and managing DVT’s participation in events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
- Lead all aspects from concept to delivery: event strategy, vendor management, logistics, creative asset production, and on-site execution.
- Ensure DVT’s presence at events is polished, professional, and maximises both brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.
Supporting Digital Marketing
- Contribute to digital campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other platforms as needed, with a creative-first approach.
- Assist in managing web content updates and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall brand identity.
- Use analytics tools to provide insights for continuous creative improvement, but with brand consistency as the top priority.
