Position Info

This role is responsible for strengthening brand presence, embedding a people-first culture, and delivering results across Operations, Training, and Stakeholder Management. You will be a proven leader with strong commercial acumen, outstanding people development skills, and the ability to drive sustainable growth and expand operations.

Qualifications
  • A tertiary degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance is essential
  • Postgraduate qualification (MBA) is highly regarded
Experience
