Role Description

Barter McKellar is seeking a Corporate Commercial Associate or Senior Associate to join our dynamic Johannesburg team in a full-time, on-site capacity.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and support corporate and commercial transactions
• Conduct legal research and comprehensive due diligence
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
• Provide strategic, solution-oriented legal advice to clients
• Manage corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-quality legal services
