Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Catering, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in corporate/schools contract catering is non-negotiable.
• Food Safety and Health & Safety certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage catering operations across an assigned site.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and food safety regulations.
• Plan menus aligned with client requirements.
• Control costs for labour, food, and consumables.
