Content Marketing Specialist (Remote US Client)

Role Summary
The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for producing high-quality thought leadership content that supports B2B marketing and revenue growth. This role focuses on developing strategic, value-driven content including case studies, blogs, and whitepapers to drive brand authority, lead generation, and client retention for a US-based internal client.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and write high-impact thought leadership content such as case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and long-form articles.
- Conduct research and interviews to extract client stories and industry insights.
- Ensure content aligns with brand positioning, SEO best practices, and overall marketing strategy.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Strategist to plan and deliver content that supports campaign objectives and pipeline generation.
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all content formats.
- Optimize content for search visibility using SEO tools and keyword research.
- Track content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Relevant Experience (Highly Advantageous)
Experience in one or more of the following sectors or environments:
- SaaS, Venture Capital, BPO, or BPaaS
- FinTech or Big 4 public accounting
- Investment Banking or AI/ML-driven technology products
- Previous roles with similar responsibilities and scale in B2B environments
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B content marketing experience, preferably in a technical, financial, or high-growth environment.
Software & Tools
- HubSpot (CRM and marketing workflows)
- SEO research & optimization tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Deliver 8+ high-quality content pieces per month (mix of blogs, whitepapers, case studies).
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment across all deliverables.
- Support content-driven lead generation goals in collaboration with the marketing team.
Immediate Deliverables
- Launch the initial set of content assets, including priority articles, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Establish a content calendar aligned to campaign and SEO strategies.
- Ensure all content is optimized for search, readability, and audience relevance.
