Content Creator (with Occasional PA Support) - Remote

Ideally PMB / Surroundings Based

Our client is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to join their team remotely. The primary focus of this role is content creation with occasional personal assistant support.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Lead Marketer to plan and deliver content aligned with marketing campaigns and brand guidelines
  • Create engaging written content for email campaigns, blog posts and social media platforms
  • Develop compelling storytelling that highlights destinations, itineraries and customer experiences
  • Optimise content for SEO and contribute to growing the brands organic digital presence
  • Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, social media best practices and digital marketing innovations
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Director as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience in content creation ideally within travel, tourism or hospitality
  • Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and social media best practices
  • Organised and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable assisting with occasional administrative or PA tasks when needed
