Qualifications
  • National Certificate in Banking (NQF5 FAIS recognised qualification)
Required Experience
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience is essential.
  • Extensive branch banking experience, with a thorough understanding of policies and procedures, especially in teller operations and frontline support.
  • Proficiency in managing bulk cash transactions and ATM operations is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of legal aspects related to cash handling is required.
  • Deep understanding of functions across different branch departments is necessary.
