Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost plans and budgets for new store builds and refurbishments
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and value engineering
• Manage the tendering process and negotiate with contractors and suppliers
• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines
• Handle contractor payments, valuations, and final accounts
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and design teams to optimize cost efficiency
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction methods, legal regulations, and QSR trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Construction QS, ideally within the retail or QSR sector
