Are you an experienced Foreman ready to take charge of premium residential and commercial projects. Our client a well-established construction firm is seeking a hands‑on tech‑savvy Site Foreman with a proven track record in high‑end builds.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing construction of luxury homes and office blocks from foundation to finish
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and site workers
• Ensuring project timelines, budgets and quality standards are met
• Managing site safety inspections and regulatory compliance
• Reading and interpreting building plans
• Handling reporting and daily site records (must be PC literate)

What You’ll Need

• 10 years experience in a Foreman or Site Manager role
• Strong residential and commercial construction experience (luxury builds preferred)
• Project Management qualifications or experience essential
• Must be computer literate (emails spreadsheets site reports)
• Strong leadership, planning and communication skills

Relevant Qualifications (Preferred)

• National Diploma in Construction Management / Building
• NQF Level 4-6 Certificate in Construction Supervision (CETA-accredited)
• Project Management Certification (PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent)
• Health & Safety training (e.g. SACPCMP registration SAMTRAC) Advantageous
