Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
  • Experience in staff training and competency assessment.
  • Knowledge of current National Aged Care and NDIS Standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments at Clients' residence.
  • Develop individualized care plans in partnership with the Care Partner.
  • Monitor Client wellbeing and service outcomes.
  • Deliver training to care staff and assess competency.
  • Provide phone consulting to care staff regarding clinical issues.
