A leading insurance provider offers a permanent opportunity for a Client Engagement Adviser based in Cape Town. Responsible for delivering world-class products and services, the role requires strong customer service skills, administrative abilities, and a track record of achieving performance targets. Candidates must possess a Grade 12 certificate and an NQF Level 4 Qualification in Short Term Insurance, with 5-7 years of customer service experience preferred. Shifts and overtime may be required.
An exciting permanent opportunity has become available within Santam Client Solutions for a Client Engagement Adviser to join the team. The successful incumbent will be based at our offices in Tygervalley, Cape Town.
The Client Engagement Adviser will offer world class products and services to clients, whilst achieving targets related to quality, productivity and compliments in a call center environment.
There will be a probationary period of three (3) months, which consists of the following two phases:
